Step 1 - Select Your Jewellery

The product is to be selected from the Monica Jewellers website.

Step 2 - Click buy on EMI option, start filling the form and enter the below details.

• E-Kyc - Aadhar OTP verification
• Pan card details

If you are eligible for the loan case will be accepted by our system if not eligible below note will be displayed.

(Dear Customer, sorry currently you are not eligible for loan on Kissht based on your credit profile. We suggest that you can try after a period of 3 months, you will be redirected to Monica Jewellers where you can choose to pay using another mode of payment).

Step 3 - Enter your details and submit necessary documents.

• Basis on the step 1 result - You need to upload the Documents as displayed on the screen.
• Mandatory Documents:- Aadhaar Card and Pan Card

3	Residence Proof A.Self-owned Residence - Any one of the following Aadhar card - Photo (Mandatorily to be E-Verified through OTP). Driving License / Passport / Latest Utility Bill (Electricity Bill / Water Bill) *** (If Aadhar Verification not Done & Aadhar address Mismatch with Current Address). B. Rented Property - Notarised Rent Agreement + Owners Latest electricity Bill (of same Residence)
4	If required based on your profile, 3 months Bank Statements** / 3 months Bank Pass book Photo Copy with Front Page / Statement printouts from bank with bank stamp on all pages
5	Cheque with customer signature (CTS 2010)

**** above documents requirements will be specified basis STEP 2 outcome.

Kissht: Subject to Required documents the Kissht caller will co-ordinate with you and the Merchant for the completion of the Pendency's if any.

• A proper follow-up will be done by the callers and systems
• Once the case is in process you will get welcome email on the registered email id which will have link for upload documents and payment for down payment and processing fee
• From day 1 you will be notified via messages and emails about the pending documents and approved documents

Once all required documents are uploaded, case will be forwarded to the underwriting team for verification of documents (If all documents are approved)-

Step 4 - NACH appointment will be fixed.

Kissht representative will collect the below documents from your home address or office address only

• Kissht Docket agreement & NACH form to be signed.
• Signed Cheque to be handed over to the agency person for first Emi which will be PDC for next month.
• If the loan amount is more than 1 lakh, 1 more security cheque will be required which will be returned to you after completion of loan.

Step 5 - Your document verification and order confirmation will be completed in the next 24 hours.

Final Approval - is given a day later after the appointment is done. (If there is a sign miss match, we will re visit once again).

Step 6 - Final Delivery

Once Kissht makes the final disbursement to Monicajewellers.com the product will be shipped or will be sent for production as per order.

Note: The product will be delivered only after the final approval.
